The Bedford OX is a truck built by Bedford for the British armed forces, based on the civilian O-series with a modified front end and single rear wheels. It entered service in 1939. The payload was 30 cwt, approximately 1.5 tons. Several variants existed. The OXD was a general transport vehicle, while the OXA was an armored version and the OXC a prime mover. These vehicles were widely used during World War II and were employed by the Soviets under the Lend-Lease agreement. Some also fell into the hands of the Wehrmacht and continued to be used as captured vehicles.

Le Bedford OX est un camion construit par Bedford pour les forces armées britanniques, dérivé du modèle civil de la série O, avec une face avant modifiée et des roues arrière simples. Il est entré en service en 1939. Sa charge utile était de 30 cwt, soit environ 1,5 tonne. Plusieurs variantes existaient : l'OXD, un véhicule de transport général ; l'OXA, une version blindée ; et l'OXC, un tracteur routier. Ces véhicules ont été largement utilisés pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale et employés par les Soviétiques dans le cadre du programme Prêt-Bail. Certains tombèrent également entre les mains de la Wehrmacht et continuèrent à être utilisés comme véhicules capturés.
