Battleship Scharnhorst is Scharnhorst class first ship, ship types are divided into battleship, the initial design can dress up as a 380 mm main gun battleship jumped to meet future war, but during World War II and not implemented. Présentation du produit :
Le cuirassé Scharnhorst est le premier navire de la classe Scharnhorst. Ce type de navire appartient à la classe des cuirassés. Sa conception initiale prévoyait un canon principal de 380 mm destiné aux conflits futurs, mais il ne fut pas mis en œuvre pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le Scharnhorst fut construit par le chantier naval de guerre de Wilhelmshaven, en Allemagne, et lancé le 3 octobre 1936. Il entra en service le 7 janvier 1939.
En 1938, lors des essais, le Scharnhorst constata un franc-bord insuffisant à l'avant et fut mis en cale sèche pour une refonte de cette partie en 1939. Après le déclenchement de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, en 1940, en mer du Nord, le Scharnhorst coula deux navires du porte-avions Glorious de la Royal Navy ainsi que deux destroyers. Touché par un destroyer britannique qui tira des torpilles et prit l'eau, il fut ensuite mis en cale sèche pour des réparations.
En 1941, le Scharnhorst pénétra dans l'océan Atlantique et mena des opérations de destruction en mer. Au cours de ces deux mois d'opérations, il coula 22 navires de la flotte marchande, représentant un tonnage total de 11 500 tonnes, et endommagea considérablement la marine marchande alliée.
