Otto Carius (May 27, 1922, Zweibrücken, Rhineland-Palatinate); January 24, 2015, Herschweiler-Pettersheim, Rhineland-Palatinate was a German military officer during World War II, commanding officers of tank units.

He is known for being credited by the Wehrmacht with the destruction of over 150 tanks, making him the second-highest tank destroyer in the Panzerwaffe, after Kurt Knispel. His record was primarily acquired on the Eastern Front, with the 502nd Heavy Panzer Battalion. After the war, he pursued a career as a pharmacist.
